Conference Sponsorship and Vendor Opportunities

 

Event sponsors will receive visibility before a large group of storm spotters, storm chasers, emergency managers, meteorologists, educators, risk managers, construction and building professionals, government officials, students and other persons interested in severe weather.

Vendor Table $250.00
Includes one table, two chairs, and logo and link at tessa.org, and rights to name your brand as an official vendor at the event. Wireless Internet is available. Power is available, however, vendors should supply UL-rated power cords of at least 50' and power strips that meet or exceed the power requirements of their devices.

Unattended Vendor Table $200.00
Includes one table and logo and link at tessa.org, and rights to name your brand as an official vendor at the event. Vendor must submit display materials at least 2 weeks prior to conference.

In-Kind Contributions
Door prize donations of books, software, apparel and other items can be submitted anytime prior to the conference. Each item must be labeled with donor name and contact information to receive proper recognition. Door prize donations can be sent to: TESSA, PO Box 122222, Arlington, Texas 76012. Door prizes must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the conference. Door prizes can also be delivered to TESSA at the conference, prior to 9:00 am.

  1. If you want to be a Sponsor, which level you are purchasing (Media, Primary, or Supporting).

  2. If you want to be a Vendor how many tables you are purchasing.

  3. Your full contact information.
